Alpha Omega Harmony Phi Sorority (ΑΩΗΦ) maintains a strict no-refund policy on all payments, including membership dues, event fees, and merchandise purchases. As a sorority, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, which is also stated in your welcome email. Membership and all related fees are non-refundable, as they contribute to the continued growth and operations of our sisterhood.

Please note that all merchandise has a waiting period, as most items are custom-made and require processing time. Be sure to check the product listing for estimated delivery times.

Processing & Delivery: Most items will be delivered within 2–3 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please track your package and make necessary accommodations to ensure safe delivery.
